I bought a house from a certain bank which was evaluated by the same bank and also insured with the same bank. I`ve been paying my bond for 11 years without any hassles. Last month I put in a claim and I was informed that 80% of my house doesn`t have approved building plans.

I asked them to show me the processes that they followed when they evaluated the property, I was sent a letter from their legal department. Now it looks like i need a lawyer to assist me with this matter.
