We engaged the services of a waterproofing company to fix our roof, after a very convincing sales pitch by the sales person in December 2015. Their quote states that their work is guaranteed for 5 years. Our roof started leaking again in March 2016 (less than 1 year later) and we requested that they come look at the problem and fix it. It is now April 2016 and they have not come to our home to fix this.

When it rains, the water streams down our walls and the lights trip. We have made numerous attempts to get them to come and honour their guarantee without luck so far. I would not recommend their services.
